Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW: If the technician shows up for the appointment to no answer from the customer, the technician will wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes. The technician will then leave you a note to let you know that he had been there and the appointment will be cancelled. Continual no-shows will result in a cancellation fee being charged to the customer. CANCELLATIONS: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible (a cancellation notice of at least 12 hours is most appreciated). But we know that life happens and you can't always control it. No problem! Just let us know and we will work with you to reschedule. However, though we do not typically charge a cancellation fee, should a customer cancel multiple times in a row or multiple no-shows occure, a cancellation fee may be charged.
